Really liked the "Book of Jane", but "Emily Ever After" fell a little short. It had a really quick (read: unbelievable) romance, and I ended Emily ever after book being a little disappointed. Still had an pretty-enjoyable storyline, and was an easy read/5. "Emily Ever After" would have been just as successful had it been labeled something other than "Christian Chick Lit," but it wouldn't have had all of the baggage that goes with that stereotype.

Instead, readers would have found -- as I have -- a wonderfully real, well-written, thoughtful story filled with sometimes outrageous humor, about a /5(69). EVERAFTER SONG is the third and final book in this series, and it was an action packed, exciting conclusion.

I thought it was the perfect ending. I really enjoyed how Emily R. King made you care about her whole cast of characters and not just the main ones/5. Emily R. King is a writer of fantasy and the author of The Hundredth Queen Series and Before the Broken Star and Into the Hourglass, the first two books in The Evermore Chronicles in Canada and raised in the United States, she is a shark advocate, a consumer of gummy bears, and an islander at heart, but her greatest interests are her four children/5().
